Dashboards & portals

Internal dashboards, customer portals, member areas and admin tools that put scattered work in one usable place.

Directories & networks

Searchable directories, marketplaces, maps and structured discovery tools built around the data people actually need.

Intake & workflow systems

Forms, quoting flows, booking handoffs, project intake, status tracking and lightweight automations that reduce repetitive work.

AI-enabled business tools

Focused AI features for research, drafting, triage, data entry and repetitive knowledge work — added where they genuinely save time.

How we build

Small enough to finish. Serious enough to use.

We start with the workflow, not a feature wish list. What information comes in? Who needs to see it? What decision happens next? What should be automated, and what should stay human?

From there we build the smallest coherent system that can actually be used. That usually means clear data models, straightforward permissions, practical admin tools, mobile-friendly interfaces and integrations only where they make the workflow better.

We also harden the paths that matter: sign-in, forms, permissions, empty states, error states, mobile behavior and the handoffs between people and software.

FAQ

Custom software questions.

Do you build full custom software?

Yes, when the problem calls for it. We focus on useful web-based systems that can be scoped, shipped, tested and maintained without turning every project into a giant software program.

Can you build on top of tools we already use?

Usually. We prefer connecting the systems you already depend on when that is cleaner than replacing them. The exact integration depends on the APIs and permissions available.

Do we own the app and accounts?

The goal is the same as our website work: keep the important accounts, domain, data access and platform ownership under the business’s control wherever the platform allows it.

Can you add AI to an existing business workflow?

Yes, but only where it has a clear job. Good uses include summarizing, classification, drafting, structured research and helping staff move through repetitive information-heavy tasks.

Have a useful system that should exist?

Tell us what people are doing manually now, what keeps breaking, or what information is scattered across too many places.
