Mike + Emily

Donaldson Studio is Mike and Emily. A small, hands-on studio based around Joshua Tree.

We started with websites, but the same problem kept showing up underneath them: domains nobody controlled, business email that was never finished, Google listings that were wrong or missing, forms that went nowhere, payment links that did not exist, and owners who did not know where the keys to any of it lived.

So Donaldson Studio handles the digital foundation as well as the website. We use modern tools to move unusually fast, but the point is not the tool. The point is that the business gets something finished, useful, documented, and under its own control.

This season we’re out in the community — farmers markets, pop-ups, shops, and events — with the camera gear. We can photograph the owner, booth, products, signage, and details while the business is already set up, capture the information we need, and start the build from there.
